Where has itgone? Already the first month of 2011 has gone! Whew!!

So much hashappened since the year has begun.

The massacre inArizona, (our prayers continue to be with the Giffords and all thefamilies touched by such tragedy).

Continuedthreats against other public officials, shootings of our policeofficers here in the Pacific Northwest and across the nation, publicofficials resigning amid constant threats, birds falling from the skyin Arkansas, Louisiana, Kentucky, Italy, Sweden, etc, dead cows inWisconsin, sea life also under attack... What a month!

Still, therewas more good than bad to happen in this first month of the new year.We have but to look around us to see so many blessings within ourcountry, our cities, neighborhoods, and families. Still so very muchto be thankful for.

Let us lift upour leaders and our country in prayer that we will find the way outof our current crisis and be the better for it.
